A journey through the heart of Porto, past the Bolhão Market, Praça dos Poveiros, Praça da Batalha, Avenida dos Aliados and the ever-impressive Clérigos Tower. Along the way, we'll walk through traditional streets full of history.

01

We go down to the Ribeira, where the colourful houses border the Douro. We cross the Ponte do Infante to Gaia and continue on to Cais, with obligatory stops at Jardim do Morro and the Serra do Pilar Monastery - where the view of the city, the river and the Luís I Bridge is postcard quality. From here we continue along the Gaia waterfront to Afurada, passing over the Arrábida Bridge, always with the river as our companion.

02

We go up to Boavista, where the Casa da Música stands out as a modern icon, and on to Foz. Here, the Douro meets the Atlantic, next to the Felgueiras Lighthouse and the Fort of São Francisco Xavier.

03

The route continues to Matosinhos where the Anemone sculpture welcomes you by the sea. This is a fishing area par excellence, known for its beaches, barbecues and identity strongly linked to the ocean.

04

Passing through the Palácio de Cristal Gardens and ending with the privileged views from the Virtudes and São Bento da Vitória belvederes.
