What to expect
- This is a day that combines culture, tradition and the essence of Beetleful.
- The journey begins aboard a classic VW from the 1960s and 1970s, where every curve of Porto and Gaia is a living postcard: historic streets, vibrant squares, the banks of the Douro and viewpoints with unforgettable views.
- Next, we cross over to the WOW Cultural District, a unique space that condenses the best of Portuguese culture into modern and engaging museums. Each visitor can choose their own route - from chocolate, cork, wine or regional history - making the experience totally personalised.
- The afternoon takes us to the Fonseca cellars, where more than 200 years of knowledge and passion for Port wine can be felt in every detail. The visit ends with an exclusive tasting, celebrating the excellence of the Fonseca house.
- As the tour is long, we recommend complementing the experience with one of our gastronomic extras: lunch at Restaurante O Robalo, in Matosinhos, or a relaxed stop at Taberninha do Manel, in Cais de Gaia. This way, wine, culture and the city find the perfect balance with local gastronomy.
