Payment Methods

When booking an Itinerary through our website, payment must be made immediately, via a Credit Card. Payment by credit card is processed securely through your bank to the bank account of Beetleful (Icone Viajante Lda) via a third party payment processor (Redunicre).

We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa. There are no charges or processing fees for credit card payments. All charges inherent in this transaction will be billed directly to our company.

In accordance with the new security standards distributed by VISA International and Europay / Mastercard International, as of 1 April 2001, all requests for authorisation to carry out card transactions from these systems can only be processed by REDUNICRE with the obligatory introduction of the security code (CVV2 / CVC2) found on customers' cards. The security code is a three-digit number printed on the back of the card, after the card number or next to the signature. This code is found on all VISA and Europay cards.

For bookings made directly with our offices, payment can also be made via Bank transfer (this method is not available for online bookings). Bank transfer is not subject to any additional fees.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. Cancellation of a reservation with Beetleful may be subject to cancellation fees applied by us. Please check the following conditions:

  • More than 30 days before arrival in Portugal: cancellation free of charge
  • Between 30 and 7 days before arrival in Portugal: 20% penalty (corresponding to the deposit)
  • Less than 7 days: 100% penalty

When the booking includes flight (air), accommodation or other tailor-made services, this amount may not be refundable in full. All bookings made are subject to a cancellation fee of 30.00 EUR (thirty euros).

In compliance with law no. 144/2015, we would like to inform you that the arbitration commission of Turismo de Portugal should be contacted for the resolution of consumer disputes www.turismodeportugal.pt.
